1. Who we are

The website doglooksgood.com is owned and operated by Seoxis Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Hong Kong under Company No. 77667495, with its registered office at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seoxis Limited. You can reach us at contact@doglooksgood.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes may vary by a small margin. Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraud or an incomplete address. If this happens after payment, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure methods offered at checkout. We never have access to your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery rates and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, under the conditions set out in our Return and refund policy. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Product use and safety

Please choose the right size for your dog using the size guide on each product page and supervise your dog when using a new product. Toys and chews are not indestructible: check them regularly and remove any damaged item. Our products do not replace the advice of a veterinarian.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions or government restrictions.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, logos and design, belongs to Seoxis Limited or its partners and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at contact@doglooksgood.com. We will do our best to find a fair solution quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you place it.
