Shipping rates
- United States: $3.74 on orders under $60, free on orders of $60 or more.
- Rest of the world: $4.74 on orders under $60, free on orders of $60 or more.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Most parcels then arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Delivery times are an estimate and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of customs checks.
Each order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with your tracking number. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, write to us with your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Duties and taxes
For orders delivered in the United States, import duties and taxes are included in our prices, so no extra fees are charged on delivery. For other destinations, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on the country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. To change the address or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it at contact@doglooksgood.com. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
