30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used by your dog cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at contact@doglooksgood.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Our team confirms your return and sends you the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of our confirmation, using a tracked service if possible.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Contact us and we will help you find the right one. The easiest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size you need.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we let you know by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the amount on your statement. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. Just write to contact@doglooksgood.com.
