Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery costs about $5 but we choose to offer it to our customers,this impacts our profit but it allows us to stay competitive in the Dog market products.
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity required and all our deliveries are free (except for DOM-TOM).
My order is not complete
If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses.

I did not receive my order.
A problem with the delivery? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel ?
With our secure delivery, DogLooksGood® will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and let you "manage".

Dog Looks Good ships products worldwide in full compliance with all regulations. However, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or duties required by their country. We are not liable for these fees.
