Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Below $60, it costs $3.74 in the United States and $4.74 for other countries.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Most parcels then arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Local import duties or taxes may apply outside the United States.

My items arrived in separate parcels, is that normal?

Yes. When you order several items, they may ship separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it and as long as it has not shipped. Write to us at contact@doglooksgood.com.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's neck, chest and back length with a soft tape, then compare with the size guide on the product page. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one.

What if the size is wrong?

You have 30 days to return the item unused. Contact us and we will guide you through the return and help you pick the right size.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See our Return and refund policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@doglooksgood.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, plus the other methods shown at checkout such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay when available.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and payments are handled by certified providers. We never store your card details.
