Shipping & Tracking

Purchase order process

The order confirmation will be sent to your email automatically.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please click on the “Track it” within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.
Wait for your package to be delivered to you. If the tracking information shows ”Unsuccessful Delivery” go to your local post office as soon as possible and pick it up there. If the package does not show up, please inform us, so we can solve any related shipping problems.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

If you have made your order less than 10 – 15 business days, your order is most likely on its way to you. You can always track your order and check the status of it. However, if the package still does not show up, please inform us so when resolve your order issues.

I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order

We send confirmation emails automatically with every order. If you have not received it, please make sure your email address is correct and check all inboxes (including spam folders).
