Shipping & Tracking

Shipping time depends on the chosen product, shipping method, and destination country. Usually, shipping takes up to 10 – 15 business days. We can answer the exact shipping time via the contact form or direct Facebook message.

Free Worldwide Shipping

  • We offer free worldwide shipping – no matter where you are, your chosen product will reach you for free!
  • For Free Worldwide Shipping we use priority registered mail.
  • We do not apply import taxes or other duties to the customer.

Purchase order process

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please click on the “Track it” within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.
  • Wait for your package to be delivered to you and keep checking tracking information. If it shows ”Unsuccessful Delivery” go to your local post office as soon as possible and pick it up there. If the package does not show up please inform us so we can solve any related shipping problems.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

If you have made your order less than 15 – 20 business days, your order is most likely on its way to you. You can always track your order and check the status of it. However, if the package still does not show up please inform us so when resolve your order issues.

I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order

We send confirmation emails automatically with every order. If you have not received it, please make sure your email address is correct and check all inboxes (including spam folders).

I would like to return the bought item
